GREAT START READINESS PROGRAM (GSRP)
The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan’s state funded preschool program for four-year old children with factors that may place them at risk of educational failure. This program is run by Coloma Community Schools at Coloma Elementary. We service children who will be four-years of age by September 1st and reside in Berrien County.

- Current Immunization Records
- Proof of Residency
Registration for the 2026-2027 school year open March 11th, 2026. Official acceptance will begin April 13th, 2026 for students that have successfully completed the application and submitted all required documents listed above.

Little Learners is open to all Berrien County residents. This preschool offers a developmentally appropriate, FREE preschool program to prepare your child to meet the ever increasing demands of Kindergarten. While our focus is on building social skills and language abilities, we also encourage appropriate school behaviors and readiness skills such as phonemic awareness.
