Join us for Kindergarten Round Up on:
- March 26 from 9:00-3:00
- March 27 from 6:00-7:30
Please bring all of the following documents to the Elementary Office when enrolling your child – we will copy and return to you:
- Original Birth Certificate (Courthouse issued with raised seal)
- Documentation of current, up-to-date Immunizations
- 2 Proofs of Residency (utility bill, rent receipt, etc.)
- Proof of Vision Screening - Screenings will be available at Coloma Elementary on May 10 from 9:00-3:00.
- Custody Papers (if applicable)
- ALL new Kindergarten & Junior Kindergarten will go through Readiness Screening on May 10-11 from 9:00-3:00. Appointment dates/times are available during registration.
